Next week is the annual California Association for Local Economic Development, (CALED) conference
in Sacramento - April 26, 27 & 28.

I will be speaking on Wednesday the 27th in the afternoon, presenting the findings and recommendations on the report I recently completed for CALED, "Small Business Non Bank Revolving Loan Funds in California:  The Challenges and Opportunities to Enhance the Economy."

Additionally, I will be looking forward to doing interviews with business and economic development  professionals during this year's conference and will be posting them at both the California Business
Minute and the CALBIZBLOG.  If you get a chance stop me and say hello. 

Additionally, I will be making an evening  presentation on the formulation of the new Roseville Community
Development Corporation and its opportunities to work with banks on Thursday the 28th.

Also, I will be at the Sacramento District Chapter of the CCIM  presenting or responding to questions on
"How Will Our Real Estate Market Recover?  The meeting will be 5:30pm-7:30pm at the law offices of Downey Brand, 621 Capital Mall in Sacramento
